Sanding Services

The Traditional Flooring Company carries out restoration of wooden floors in both domestic and commercial situations.

The sanding process requires the wood to be sanded over several times, each time using a finer grade of sandpaper than the last.

At this point, filling is carried out if necessary, using a mixture of the floors own fine sanding dust and a filling agent.

Now, any coloring treatments can be applied. Various surfacing products are available, and these are now applied to the floor.

Expect the area concerned to be out of action for a while before it can be fully used, as the sealant will need to cure. A full maintenance programe can be arranged for larger public areas.
